Exercise daily

Exercise would help you to stay fit, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Make it a habit to do some sort of exercise each day, even if it is just running or brisk walking. Also ensure that you walk at least 40 steps after you have your dinner. This way you would stay fit, and be cheerful in the morning each day.

Avoid negative people at all costs
