You are working in a day care setting for service users with a variety of disabilities. As a senior care worker within the setting, you have been asked by your line manager, to provide materials, to support new employees.

Your line manager has asked you to prepare and deliver a presentation to be used as part of the induction process for new staff to explore how communication skills are used in health and social care.

Prior to the delivery of your presentation, you must submit the following:
