Axis Inc. has instituted new “flexible” guidelines around appropriate attire, including piercings and tattoos. Along with all her colleagues, Rebecca Que, an Assistant Manager at Axis, received a printed copy of the new standards – and they’re still sitting in the envelope, unread.
